ABOUT
Old Fisherman's Trail Challenge and we will be running from Fish Hoek Beach to Hout Bay.
The Old Fisherman's Trail Challenge is a trail run on mostly single paths on the Constantiaberg and Muizenberg mountains between Hout Bay and Fish Hoek. The route varies each year with a distance of +-25km. Each year the start and finish alternate.
With most of the run completed on single path, the race is limited to 250 runners on the mountain at one time.
The route is marked and each runner is given a full route description before race day.
